I'm no expert on Pho, so all I can say is that the food here is savory and comes in large bowls. The broth is clear, lean, and it's done to perfection every time. It makes me want to learn how to make this at home. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There's competition nearby, at Taste of Asia, that produces more savory pho, but in smaller bowls. This place is tasty. Would definitely recommend.
Superb, authentic pho cuisine! The pho broth is rich with flavor as is the curried tofu. The spring rolls are a perfect starter too. We’ve travelled all over the world and how lucky are we that we have such a fresh and delectable pho restaurant here in South Charleston. The owners are super nice as well! We try to eat there at least once a week!
I love this place. Never disappointed.
Great food great service
This is one of the best place to eat in Charleston. If you haven't tried pho, you should, and this is a great place to try it. If you like coffee, you need to try a Vietnamese coffee.
Good pho, rice, appetizer and vegan options. Easy seating. Fast service. Good parking option. Reasonable prices. Convenient location.
I love this place! Especially now that is colder, I really come here once a week for pho. Very good staff, quick service, delicious food. Highly recommended!
Delicious!Will definitely be back again.
Delicious Pho. Great broth with wonderful flavour. I'm uncertain if the AC was broken when we visited or if it's typical, but the restaurant was HOT when we visited. It was so hot that my partner had to leave the restaurant and go across the street to another shop for 5 minutes to cool off, and neither of us could finish our (hot) Pho. Sadly, that environment reduces my review to 4 stars. If I learn that heat was just a fluke (like a broken AC system which is now fixed), I'll happily upgrade my review to 5 stars.
Fast, great tasting food. Generous portion. Good price.
My Pho was great and my orange chicken to go was disassembled which was great. I am staying at the Holiday Inn and wanted it for later. I will eat here next time I'm in town.
I like the Vegetable Curry, which is vegan without modification as they use coconut milk.
The restaurant was clean & nice and the staff was friendly but the food was very bland. Maybe I'm just not experienced enough with the type of food but I honestly cant believe I paid that much for what we got. Each bowl was $10+ and just didnt have a lot of flavor at all, it was warm water with rice noodles and some veggies. The food was pretty! The sauce the crabragoon comes with is heaven but that's about it.
Great people good service great food reasonable price small friendly place to eat
Very cute little place. Food is excellent and the server is always very nice. There are really only two people working the floor, though, so be prepared for a wait during rush times.
Delicious food. Both meals were very well made but the service could be better. No refills on iced tea? Will give them another chance at some point.
We stopped here on a long road trip and we were really happy we did, the pho is good and the lemongrass chicken was fantastic! The service was quick and the people were friendly
Nice place that gives different option of food from US kind of food
Fast, cheap, and delicious. Great place to get your pho fix.
Best pho I've had in a long time !
Good food but I found like a 3in cockroach in the bathroom...
Good prices. Delicious hot pot. Yummy mango bubble tea.
One of the best restaurants in the area. The eye of round Pho is an excellent choice!
I really like pho. Like really, really, really like. There is something special about traditional, slow-cooked pho. This place has it. It’s amazing. Try it.
Good services and good foods.
Nice little place. Food is prepared very quickly. Prices are reasonable. Try number 10 if you don't know where to start.
My absolute favorite place to eat! Such a comfortable setting, it's always super quiet even when it's busy, everyone is so respectful and nice. The food is absolutely amazing, their crab rangoon is to die for, the pho is always delicious, and the Thai tea is so creamy and never disappoints! It's the perfect place to eat and then walk right over to the antique shops to work all the yummy food off! Plus as soon as you step outside you have a beautiful view of the mound, and the people that work there are extremely hospitable. 10000/10 definitely recommend
Today I went here for the first time and ordered to-go. I ordered #12 Pho and crab rangoon. The rangoons were very small compared to other local restaurants but the taste was pretty good. The sauce it came with was super tasty! The #12 Pho to-go is a make your own situation at home so that was interesting. I was given a large container of broth then a container full of meat, noodles, and variety of veggies, sauces, and herbs. There was also a seperatly bagged bag of sliced meat. So I had to cook the meat and then add all the ingredients and cook for a few minutes. BUT it was very good! I've never had pho before so I can't compare others. But based off the dipping sauce for the rangoon I want to try orange chicken next! The price was a little bit more than others but I'd say it's worth it. I think there's one step to get in the door and a little bump right when you get in but the tables could be easily wheelchair friendly.
Great variety of delicious food, even boba tea, with excellent customer service.
Have always been satisfied here. Seems clean, food is great. Could use a better vegetarian menu, but can make due with what they have. Don't go across the street, stick with the real good stuff at Pho Vinh Long.
Local family-owned restaurant with consistent, great Vietnamese food. The pho is the best in the area and easily the best in a 200 miles area.
Great food and food service. Loved it!
Excellent, as always. Great family owners and fantastic food!
We ordered a bunch of stuff to try. It was all wonderful. Brought Pho home for lunch tomorrow!
The egg rolls and spring rolls are always a must here. The soups are hearty and well proportioned. Believe it was the garlic cubed steak is so tasty an mouth watering. All the veggies are fresh. If you've never been this is a must eat.
Very good service and food was great
Good food and resonably priced. Only problem is they let their little kids run all over the place climbing on the booths barefoot.
Love this place. Their pho and orange chicken is amazing. So far i have liked everything I've tried.
Good food served by good people
Great food. Authentic Vietnamese
Phenomenal Vietnamese food for when you have time for a sit down restaurant. I’ve been twice in the last month and I don’t see any reason to stop going. Try the beef with lemongrass.
Great Pho soup it is a family favorite. The Pho is flavorful and made with fresh high quality ingredients. The price are very reasonable and the service is always friendly. It is my daughter’d favorite restaurant in Charleston. The soup portions are large and more then enough to leave every one happy. The Spring Roll and Thai Tea are also favorite with the family.
What more can I say, other than this is great authentic Pho. You have to try this place
First off this place is not authentic it's just store bought garbage. The staff are very unfriendly and one guy doesn't speak English. When I ask for fish sauce and you bring me vinegar that's a problem, I dont know until after the fact. The chicken curry was so salty just flavor made it inedible. Won ton soup broth was super hot and won ton was cold inside. The noodle dish was very bland. I have been to a lot of vietnamese restaurants this was the worst so far.
I believe it's the only place to get Vietnamese food in West Virginia the bonus that is also good. Nothing like some delicious pho followed by a nice bubble tea.
Great food every time!
So good! Extra fast service and prices are affordable! Restaurant is clean! Thank you so much! Wish we had this in Fayette County!
Only reason I’m even giving this place stars is because the pho was decent. My crab rangoons were still frozen and I wasted $5 on a boba tea that tastes like actual play-doh. Inedible and I watched her microwave everything before putting it in. Very disappointed.
Spectacular food and great service! Really busy during lunch hour but worth the wait if you can.
Absolutely the best Place for Vietnamese around! Staffed by polite respectful workers. Authentic, delicious Pho with some of the best flavours I've had. No other place I'd rather have dinner at around here.
